Join our Go for Green service, where nature meets well-being. Designed for individuals seeking connection and healing through the natural world, this service provides a supportive environment to explore nature and meditation while enhancing mental and emotional health. . Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve your mood, or simply enjoy the beauty of the outdoors, our Go for Green service offers a valuable opportunity to unwind, share, and grow together.

What we offer:

Ecotherapy

Human beings are a part of nature. We have a deep and important need to connect with the natural world – her beautiful trees, birds and rivers. Connecting with nature has been proven to support positive mental health and can help with anxiety and depression.

Our Ecotherapy group meets most Mondays in different locations. The walks are very gentle and mindful and we sometimes do creative work with nature like sketching or writing. At other times we just pay close attention to flowers, trees and birds. We take a flexible approach to group membership, so if you want to come every week or even just occasionally, you are very welcome to join us.

Join us once a month for Meditation Mondays (online and f2f).
